MILK CALCIUM KIDNEY STONE trigger

High calcium milk regularly every disease can indeed help prevent bone loss or osteoporosis. But so, high calcium milk consumption should not be necessary every day, especially for those who have grown old because it can facilitate the formation of kidney stones.

Besides calcium, other substances that can cause kidney stones is oxalate. Especially for those who had a kidney stone disease should be further reduced," said Gideon on the sidelines of a media gathering Thursday (19/08/2010) yesterday.

He explained that the high-calcium milk consumption is beneficial for the prevention of osteoporosis, especially when age children and adolescents. But for adults aged 30 upwards, high milk consumption of calcium every day became less meaningful for prevention. "Perhaps it will only slow down," she said.
