Long History of Community Shield

This weekend the English Premier League opener gate, Community Shield, will be at the start. Who would have thought that seems to match this opening the curtain just had a long history.

Embryo of Community Shield began in a competition called the Sheriff of London Charity Shield. Intended for the charity tournament was first held in 1898 by bringing the two teams; best teams from professional leagues and the best teams from the amateur league.
